The room was clean and perfect, had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge. We thoroughly enjoyed having a tub. The location of the hotel was favourable, close to station.

The rooms at Okubo Hotel Hawaii are just perfect! They have air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV, which is great for relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The cozy bathrobe and electric kettle also make me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the bed linen at Okubo Hotel Hawaii to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, everybody's different, so you might still enjoy it!

The staff at the reception were like language superheroes, speaking English, Japanese, Korean, AND Russian! They saved the day with their multilingual skills.

It had marvellous location not far from two train stations : Shin-Okubo and the main attractions in Tokyo. Furthermore, next to the station. The room was nice and cozy, offered useful things, such as an electric kettle and a fridge.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The reception is open all night, the staff is super friendly and the room I stayed in was so comfy and spacious. I loved the Japanese style room! The hotel is conveniently located just 1min away from the Okubo train station and 5min away from the Shin-Okubo station. The staff members were so considerate and went above and beyond to help us with any questions or doubts we had. The location was perfect, the hotel was clean and quiet, and there were even amenities like a bath and eating areas. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a lifesaver too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

I stayed at this awesome hotel in Tokyo and got great value for my money. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfy, plus the staff treated me really well. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station.

Breakfast choices could have been better, but everything else was perfect.
